Four kinds of link work: a direct media file (.mp3,
.m4a, .wav, .mp4, .webm…),
a podcast RSS feed or a page that advertises one — including an Apple Podcasts
show URL — an archive.org item, or a Wikimedia Commons
File: page. There's no conversion and no stream extraction, so a
video or streaming site's watch page won't work.
